Azsa Microfinance Bank Ltd is a wholly Nigerian owned financial Institution licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to provide banking and financial services to the economically active Nigerians. The Bank has an authorized share capital of N100,000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Naira), of which N60,000,000.00 (Sixty Million) is fully paid up. This represents 300% of the capital requirement of N20,000,000.00 stipulated by CBN.
